Our Chef and Owner Julie has always had a passion for cooking. After first sharing baked goods with family and friends at age 12, she followed her curiosity and desire to learn by studying culinary arts in Brazil then Spain, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Business Management & Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in New York.

She quickly worked her way up the kitchen brigade, running a professional kitchen at only 22 years old! She took every opportunity to study and improve her skillset, and has now turned her passion into her own business!
